Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Good day, so a customer did a pick up order for April 21 and it’s been seven days and I’ve still not received her payout from this pick up order nor is there any thing pending for a payout to be made on my website and I don’t know why this is Occurring, can u help me

I'm sorry to hear that there's been a delay in receiving your payout. Can you confirm which payment gateway you are using. If you are using more than one, can you let me know which one was used for this specific order? You can view the details under the Timeline of the order in question.
