Why hasn't my monthly payout arrived yet?

I’ve been waiting on my payout to hit for about a month now. I’ve made over $700 in sales but received nothing yet. I’ve recently updated my bank info and everything is verified. Still no payout from last month

Thanks for reaching out, I'm happy to look into this with you. 

I recommend clicking the bell icon at the stop of your Shopify admin to view your notifications, and see if there are any requests you've missed. We sometimes request additional information and documentation to complete your Shopify Payments account, so that may be why your payouts haven't been deposited yet. 

You can also view your Shopify Payments payouts in the admin to see whether they are scheduled or pending.
