Hi @Anas71
Thanks for reaching out here for assistance! Welcome to the Shopify Community.
It sounds like you have placed an order on a store you believe is using Shopify, and are wondering why you haven't received it yet. I would be happy to explain the next steps that you can take.
To clarify, Shopify doesn't manage any stores. Shopify is the platform that allows users to create their own online stores and we provide the tools and features to help store owners manage their stores efficiently. The store itself is solely responsible for managing their products, orders, payments and shipping, and all other aspects of their store.
If you believe your delivery is overdue, then it would be best to contact the store directly to see if there are any shipping issues, and to ask if they can provide you with an updated estimated delivery date. We have some information on how to contact a store here, however the simplest and easiest way is usually to reply directly to your order confirmation email that you received when the order was placed.
You could also review the store's shipping or refund policies if they have them listed on their store, as this will help determine your options for a possible refund or replacement, in the event that there are problems with your order.
If you don't hear back from the store, and approximately 30 days have passed, then it would be a good idea to reach out to your bank to discuss the options available to you. After 30 days you can also then submit a complaint on Shopify by using this form here.
