Hi Shopify,

 

I am writing to ask that my money be deposited in my bank account. As I have run out of patience. This is going to be 4 months of my money being held by Shopify. I still haven't received any deposit till this day. No one from Shopify has reached out to me on this matter. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional - after closing my shopify account, still Shopify won't release my funds. Shopify told me my website poses a level of risk and as a result they will not be unable to support my business. I know this is not true as my business has always been legit. I have contacted my bank but was asked to get hold of Shopify. How do I get in touch with your agent when Shopify no longer offers any form of customer service online? I have been operating with little to zero funds for the past months as a result of Shopify indifferent towards this matter. I have made several attempts to email or talk to anyone in Shopify, still no reply. Can anyone reply to me now, as this matter has gotten out of hand.

When it comes to such matters, we always refer you to the email you should've gotten when this event occured. You mentioned that we informed you about this violation. I recommend you reply directly to that email thread as it goes directly to the internal team handling this matter for us. Once you reply to that, they can look further into the matter regarding these funds you are mentioning.
