It appears that you are having an issue receiving a product that you ordered online. If this is the case, we always recommend you reach out to the store in question first. You can reply to the order confirmation email or any sort of email you received from them to reach them directly and inquire on what is happening with this specific order that you have made. If you have not received any of this, you can always go back to their website to look for other ways to contact them such as their social media channels.
Shopify will always try to assist in such matters but orders and sales transactions are all covered soley either by the actual online store where you made the purchase from or the banking partner that you used to complete said purchase. For more information on this, visit this page.
