Why haven't I been paid for over a month?

Hi, 

The reply, I got to my previous question, as I’ve me not been paid for over a month, was not satisfactory. I have gone through all those channels recommended before I contacted someone here.  Since there is no phone number to reach someone ti actually  talk to, I’m reaching out here again.
