Why haven't I received a confirmation or tracking number for my bracelet order?

I got charge for my bracelets an still no conformation or a tracking number nor a response from Bryan ?!?!

Thank you for your message, I would be happy to chat with you about this. It sounds like you are referring to purchasing a product from a store you believe is on the Shopify platform. Although we cannot confirm whether a shop is on our platform or not without chatting to a verified account owner of said shop, there are some things you can do to look into this. I would recommend starting by reaching out to the shop you ordered from for an update on your order. If you do not hear back, you can also reach out to the shop via any social media channels they may have, like Facebook or Instagram.
