Contacted support multiple times, only to be told its stripe and nothing can be done, I'm still having to ship orders, pay for postage, stock and all subscription fees, this is daylight robbery

To confirm, when you say you've contacted our support team, do you know if you've been speaking with our General Support team, or one of our Shopify Payments Specialist teams?
Normally speaking, when a Shopify Payments account is on hold, our team and banking partners are carrying out a standard review on your account to make sure that the information that you've submitted for your account is accurate. At times, this review can take a bit longer than expected, but this is only to ensure that the proper steps are being taken by all parties involved. You can rest assured however that our Specialist team and banking partners intend to carry out their review and, where necessary, reply with any updates as quickly as they can.
When was the last time you head back from our team, in regards to this situation?
