Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
My order #1164 I placed dis order on 11th jan 2024. During the confirmation it was told tht u will receive a msg or email regarding the confirmation shortly but I didnt received till yet.

Have you tried reaching out to the store you ordered from directly? That would be the best thing to do.

I purchased it online from kids fashion.shopify.com. I am attaching the screenshot of the payment confirmation in which its mentioned tht u will receive a msg regarding d tracking details but till yet no msg. And secondly no contact no.is mentioned on tht page from where a customer can contact.

It can take some businesses a few days to get confirmation emails out as they may manually fulfill their orders, however usually this is within a week of placing your order. Since you can not find contact information, I recommend replying directly to that email you received thanking you for your order. As a platform, we do not have access to individual stores and their orders so you will need to contact the store directly for information regarding this order.

I checked their website and found this email for them: Bellascollection65@gmail.com. I would try emailing that account. If you don't hear back in a reasonable amount of time, I recommend contacting your bank for possible refund options.
