Why haven't I received my customer's payment yet?

Hi all, we live in the Uk , ive setup the account and  Shopify Payments did work with the customer to checkout but i have not received any payment at all and no email or notification confirming where is the money, Kindly note that ive put my account to transfer the money directly to me, time fram is like 2 weeks now, please advise me what to do

Hi @Mohamed32 

Please login to your Shopify admin > Settings > Payment > Payment capture method, check what type you are select. If it is manual, please go to your orders and click Capture button to get your money. You also can change setting of this by clicking in Manage button

Hi Dan, I've checked it myself, it is automatically, so can anyone please check and  contact me to tell me what is required so we can solve this issue

Hey, @Mohamed32!

 

As mentioned by @Dan-From-Ryviu, please check how your payments are being captured as this might be why you're not receiving your payouts.

 

In addition to this, can you double-check that you have set up everything correctly for Shopify Payments as listed here on this page?

 

Are there any banner or prompts in your admin home advising your payouts are on hold or anything like that?

 

If everything checks out above, feel free to reach out to us here in our help center so that our team can take a closer look at your account.

Please check your bank account which you added to get payments, make sure it correct and does not have any issue with it.
