Go to: https://www.shopify.ca/contact
Click on "help center" Scroll all the way down, and click on "Contact Shopify support"
Follow the steps on the page

I dont want to start a store I just want my order

Ok, so in that case,  go to the store website where you have placed the order and look for the Contacts page. Send an inquiry to the merchant.

If you cannot reach the merchant, then open the ticket with Shopify support via the link provided.
