Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hey, my shop was terminated on July 9th 2023.
In the email, it read as follows "The full amount of pending payouts will be held in reserve for 120 days. On Nov 06, 2023. We will transfer your existing payouts less any chargebacks and related fees to the bank account on file for your Shopify Payments account"
I got no chargebacks as i delivered all electrical engineering course notes to the customers.
Am yet to recieve the payment 120 days later

Hi again @devynmcknight6!
Thanks for sharing your request ID with us here.
These requests are handled by specialist teams and as such are not visible to our support teams even when contacting us via the Help Centre.
I would still advise that you wait a little longer from the date given for the issuance of the payout, to account for bank processing times.
Should you find that you're still not getting the funds to your account after a few business days have passed you can reply to that request ID for more info.
Bear in mind that these specialist teams take longer to reply, due to their workload and secure email processes.
This request ID is the only place you'll be able to work with the team handling this case, so I would keep your contacts there and await more info should it prove necessary.
All the best!

Hi there, @devynmcknight6!
Thanks for letting us know about this!
As it can take a few days for funds to be processed from account to account I would wait a little longer before expecting to see that transfer show up on your end.
If you notice that it is still not there after a few business days have passed, I would encourage you to reach back out by replying to the email you mentioned getting about your store.
Let us know if you don't get those funds through at all and we can ensure you get connected in the right place for more info.

The problem is that I haven't received any message from Shopify even after the end of the 120 days. Perhaps a message about a pending payout or something related. This is my ticket number. Perhaps you could check it out
I still don't understand why there is still no official communication via email. I tried live chat and there is no definite answer
This is an accepted solution.

Have you gotten paid yet? My reserve was up Nov. 16th and it's Dec. 7 and I still can't access them. Not sure this is legal as I read more online it seems they do this to many!
