Why is a checkout problem shown to customers during payment?

Hi there, @Womansplaza.

Thanks so much for reaching out with this. Based on your screenshots, it appears as though your store may be currently in "Test Mode". Test mode is a feature of Shopify Payments. You can use it to test how your customers pay for their orders, and to test how you and your staff process those orders. While test mode is activated, you can't use real credit cards to pay for orders. In order to turn this feature off, and be able to process and accept real payments please do the following:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Payments.
2. In the Shopify Payments section, click Manage.
3. In the Test mode section, select Disable test mode.
4. Click Save.

Your store should now be able to accept real payments. Are you currently at the point of just launching your store? If so, congratulations! It's such an exciting time.
