Why does it appear in the US customer's delivery data only and settings for all over the world

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. This looks to be related to Shopify Markets - are you able to check if you have access to this feature on your store? If you do, you can navigate to Settings > Markets on your Shopify admin to check if other regions, apart from the United States, are active on your store. You can then click Manage > Activate market for any markets that you'd like to activate. Once a market is activated within your admin, it should then show up on the dropdown option within your store's checkout page too.
