Why is DSers declining my first order fulfillment?

Hi I just started my own shop and I got my first order but when I hit forfillment order I keep getting denied. It's a low risk order and it's been paid, I just can't get the forfillment with DSers. This order is a test from myself to see the process. Can I get some help forfilling my order?

Hi Baba,

I trialled and errored it came up as the product no longer existed from the supplier so give that a try but some of my other product still aren't working so I am leaving this up to hopefully get a solution.
