Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I recently started my own business, and all of my payouts have failed. I figured it was because they were going into a Canadian bank account instead of a US one (my business is set out of the states), so I attempted to switch it over to my USD account. However, every time I go to add a new bank account, a banner pops up saying “routing number must be 9 digits”. The routing number I’m using IS 9 digits. This has been driving me insane for the past two days I really need to know how to fix it!
Hi, @Fkarayne.
Thank you for reaching out. I am sorry you are having issues with adding your bank details.
You may be running into a connection error. Can you please try on a new device or browser or clear your cache/cookies and history data? This will allow for a new connection and should remove that error message you are seeing.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or if that error message does not disappear! I would love to learn more about your business. What type of products do you sell?
