Why is my account on hold?

My account have been on hold

since March 5th and I just found out two days ago. The only notice I received is that I needed to approve a payment. I Cannot access my payouts and I need this to successfully run my business. This is very inconvenient. I have messaged several times and been told it’s a ticket in place and it’s escalates and this is normal. Why would it take almost a month
