I cant link my bank account it says, "Routing number not supported" Pls help me, someone, ASAP!!!

Could you confirm what country your business is hosted in? Different countries will have different requirements for bank account details. Are you also trying to setup Shopify Payments? If yes, you can see the requirements for US merchants below and you can find more information on the requirements in our Help Center here: Supported countries for Shopify Payments · Shopify Help Center
Make sure that your bank account meets the following requirements before you connect it to Shopify Payments:
If you are sure that your account meets all requirements then please contact our live support to have this escalated to our Shopify Payments team for a review.

Were you able to contact our live support about this? I am not able to authenticate or review merchant accounts through the forums so our live support will be the next step in getting this resolved.
Please follow this link: Contact Shopify Support, follow the prompts to sign in and choose your issue from the options provided. On the last page you will see all available live support options.

I contacted the live support they couldn't help me, and they still haven't replied!! One of my friends had the same issue, and when he posted about it in the community, someone from Shopify offered help and fixed it within an hour!!!!! but why is it taking soo long for me only?

Issues with payouts and bank accounts can only be resolved by our Shopify Payments team. When reaching out to our live support they should have escalated this to the appropriate team on your behalf. Our payments team can only communicate via email due to the sensitive details usually required to collect when resolving issues like this. They will follow up as soon as they are able to.
