Are you saying that your billing has stopped and your store has therefore closed down? Could you please that you were using a supported payment method:
Are there any error messages that you receive? Have you received any emails from us? Have you tried using alternative payment methods?
If you have received an email from us then please reply to that email as they are in the best position to help you.
