Why is my 'Buy Now' button changing to a PayPal or Shop Pay button?

Hello,

When im on the personalisation page of my store, is see the buy button as "buy it now" but when i go on the actual website, it become a paypal or shop pay button.

I want to keep shop pay and paypal as payment methods  but only after the client click on the "buy it now" button.

I want the button to redirect on that page :
