Why is my cart page only showing total amount and not clickable checkout?

My "checkout" page has been set up, but when I am on my main page, click some items to add to cart and then when I click on the cart, the cart page only shows the total amount, no product summary and the "checkout" button doesn't work, it's not clickable.

How can I get this resolved?

Hi @jtromero 

Have you made any customization's to the cart page at all? Or recently installed any apps? These are the first things to check and I recommend undoing any customization or app installation to test and see if that is the culprit.

Before doing any more work on your theme file, you should create a theme backup of the live theme as a recovery point. That way if you do try to manually remove any code or make any other changes, there is a copy you can fall back on. 

Duplicating theme:

1. From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Themes.

1. For the theme that you want to duplicate, click Actions > Duplicate.

The duplicate theme appears on the Themes page. It is named Copy Of + the name of the theme that you duplicated.

Feel free to also share a link to your online store for us to have a look at, we may be able to spot the issue without having to directly access the store theme file.

- your store URL;
- page URL with the issue you mention;
- storefront password (if your store has one).
