Why is my checkout page not loading on my online store?

Hi Shopify Team,

 

I have selected a plan option and believe everything is set up correctly on my store. However, when I go to test the purchase of a product, the checkout page will not load and a message reading "checkout isn't available... return to the home page or contact the store directly" comes up. the URL reads https://ozzyandbo.co.uk/cart. Any assistance here would be greatly appreciated, as I am looking to go live today!

contact the Shopify support team, they will solve it and give you the exact reason may be the Shopify payment subscription of your store.

I attempted to access your store using the root URL, https://ozzyandbo.co.uk/, and it is currently showing as unavailable.

 

Would you have since closed your store down yourself, or, if not, have you been contacted by any of our teams about the status of your store?

 

Try checking your account owner email address for any contact from our teams, which may have been filtered into your spam or other folders.

 

If you didn't close your store yourself, and you have not yet been contacted about the status of your store it may be necessary for you to reach out for account support via our Help Centre here.
