Why is my client's payment still pending on Shopify?

Hi, shopify Team

This is benezone company, two days ago I received my client's order, but the payment is still pending.

I managed my payments already and also connected to the bank, I don't know what's going on.

Would you please solve the problem for me?

I understand you have a pending payout and have contacted your bank to rectify any issues on their end.

 

If a payment is pending, this means that the transaction has been scheduled to be included in an upcoming payout, or has been included in an upcoming payout viewable from the payout schedule. Please keep in mind that the date shown on the transaction page is the date the payout would begin processing, it may still take 1-3 business days to appear as a paid payout.

 

If you notice your payments are still pending after this timeframe, I recommend getting in touch with our support team via the Shopify Help Center, so we can take a closer look.
