Why is my Currency Converter app showing incorrect product prices?

example:
I have a product in my store that costs 19.99 euros, 
but when I run the Currency Converter and Switcher app, 
it says 198,223.86 euros and I don't know why. 
Please help me because I want to build maximum convenience in my page for my clients.

You can check your format currency with these steps : 

- Step 1: Store details> store currency

Then see your setting 

By default, the store currency is set to display as {{amount}}. However, there are five placeholders that you can use:
