Why is my customer's credit card payment declined on Stripe?

I published all my Printify products on Shopify and connected Stripe as a payment processor. A costumer tried to pay via credit card and was declined. He had more than enough money on the account and card info was correct. When I checked my Stripe account it says that bank returned the decline code do_not_honor. Could it be because the shop is new, if not what are the reasons for that and how to solve them?
