Why is my customer's payment still pending after a month?

I’ve looked through previous threads and tried but no luck! The customer made a payment on 28/11 - I can see they made the payment as the amount paid is stated. 
my payments are set on automatic as I saw this may be the reason why in a different thread. 
I don’t understand why It says pending and won’t pay out
