Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
I have had trouble with Shopify, this week, when it comes to using my debit card. I have received the following notification on two separate websites.
"Your payment details couldn't be verified. Check your card details and try again."
I have confirmed that there is money in my account to pay for the purchase. I have confirmed my CC # several times, as well as the security code. I have tried to make the transactions using Chrome, Edge, and Safari, all with the same results. I'm not sure what is happening. I purchased several items for Christmas, using Shopify, with no complications. However, as of January 16th, 2023, I have been experiencing the issue above. Nothing on my end has changed, I'm still using the same card with all the same information. Please help as this has become very frustrating.
Thank you,
David
Hi, @Daloyd.
To confirm, you're having issues with using your debit card to complete purchases on multiple stores that are utilizing the Shopify platform, correct?
If this is the case, and if you haven't already done so, I recommend reaching out to the respective stores directly. If the store is operating on our platform, they can check any failed payment attempts from their Shopify admin via the abandoned checkouts page. If an error message exists, they should be able to locate more information about the error and help clarify this for you.
They can also reach out to our live support team if need be, in case they require further assistance in checking the details of your payment attempt.
