Why is my dropshipping order not auto-fulfilling?

hello I currently dropshipping item when a customer purchase a item from me it’s suppose to automatically fulfill order notify supplier and ship item but it’s not doing that I have to go find product pay for it then ship with them and send the supplier info about the customer I need someone to maybe take a look I don’t have a file

I can set up automatic or manual fulfillment for orders and order archiving from the checkout settings page in the Shopify backend...Can you gimme access to do that for you

You can take a look i it’s suppose to be set already but just not doing it at all so if you email me you can tell me how to allow you access
