Why is my dropshipping store payout still pending?

i have a shopify dropshipping store with aliexpress i have got 2 orders so far and i paid aliexpress with my own money my payout has been stuck on pending for almost a week the customer has already recieved the order but my payout is still pending i have enabled two step authentication and my payment information is correct aswell and i do not have warnings or notification aswell from shopify and my payout is scheduled to every business days can anyone help?
