Why is my first sale payment still pending after two weeks?

i recently had my first sale, and my payout still says pending i have set up the bank account etc and im not sure why it hasnt been paid out. I have set the schedule to each day. when i use the link (on previous threads) to ask for help it tells me to update my details on the general information settings on my page (which i have) so i cant get through to shopify to ask a question.

I am at a loss?
