Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I completed my first sale a week ago using the in person POS app. My payout has been marked as pending this entire time and has no payout date listed. The support agents have been less than useful aside from promising they've escalated the issue, yet I have received no confirmation another team has seen nor resolved my issue. The most I've gotten is that it was sent to the accounts team, who evidently has no direct contact information. Has anyone experienced this before? How long did it take Shopify to resolve the issue? It's frustrating to try and place trust in a company to give you your money in a reasonable amount of time and have them ignore you.

My first payout finally came 5 days later. I don't recall the phone number now, but I did find a support phone number that was leagues better than the live support chat. Something else that I tested was disabling Shop pay as an accepted payment method because it looked like they were having issues with something in my account, I'd say I'm about 70% certain that's what wound up fixing it as I started receiving notifications about my payout the next morning after disabling it.
