Why is my free shipping over $75 now charging $3.99?

Orders over $75 are supposed to be FREE it was doing great for a while now it's charging $3.99; does anyone know how I correct this?

 Now I have the the FREE SHIPPING working but the flat rate price has doubled 😅

Hi @Prayility 

I think you have configured two shipping profiles with two different rates under "Add Rates". One with free shipping & another with Flat Rate of $15. Can you please check whether the shipping profiles are configured accurately as this what I can think of seeing the checkout.

It definitely sounds like you have created multiple Shipping Profiles. When you have multiple shipping profiles, and products in an order coming from both profiles, the rates combine. 

Is it possible for you to take a screenshot of your current shipping settings? Unfortunately it is very difficult to troubleshoot without seeing the back-end. When uploading screenshots, make sure to omit, or strike out any sensitive account info.

It sounds like your shipping rates has been adjusted. Or, you have another rate that is overriding the free shipping.

To know exactly what is occurring we will need a bit more information. Can you please provide the order details, as well a screenshot of any current shipping rate. When providing screenshots, please make sure to block out any sensitive information. 

In the meantime, please feel free to also provide your store domain. This will not only help us troubleshoot the issue, but will allow us to provide additional feedback and support!

I messed with it a little bit more in hopes of trying to correct it to give customers a flat rate and I made things worse. The shipping is showing $15 and I never put in that amount.
