Why is my general shipping profile missing in ZenDrop Fulfillment?

I am missing my general shipping profile, I only have access to custom ones. Im using ZenDrop Fulfillment, whos support told me that ZenDrop does not create shipping profiles. I believe I need this general shipping profile, because my product is not loading onto my custom shipping profile (it doesn't show up, just loads forever). I have tried everything; adding tags, using different devices, different browsers, incognito. The product is just not loading because I don't have access to a general shipping profile.

Wow this is insane. According to Shopify it is not possible to General shipping profile only if you make you custom shipping profile the default one. Did you try to make your custom profile default?

Additionally, you can try using our app Auto Shipping Profile: Shipr to move the products from General Profile to Custom Profile. After installing the app, just create a rule to move ALL products from Custom Profile.

What? How do I make a custom shipping profile default? I don't see any
option to do that.
