Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello,
- Our new website: Cervejaria Paniza Brewing
- Our theme is 2.0
- Using Shopify's Local Delivery and Shipping
- We ship from 4 locations within a X radius distance
- All setup is done with ratings and everything
- Local shipping from/to Sao Paulo/Brazil
It works 60% of the time but sometimes Shopify checkout fails to calculate the customers location and fails to provide a proper shipping quote. I want it to work 99.9% instead of 60%. It failed for me and some customers.
When it fails, I notice that there is no "address dropdown"... like Shopify didn't find a proper address. Customer believes that it is all good and continues but then a message appears "No shipping is available to this address". Bad news.
With some fiddling (ie address starts with R. instead of Rua) and it works for the most part. But it shouldn't be this hard.
I don't know if it is an issue with the 2.0 Theme or Shopify Local Delivery Module.
Would any of you have any insight on this matter?
Thanks,
Marcelo

This is an accepted solution.
We are experimenting some variations. So far, better:
- Limit deliveries by Postal Code and not distance from warehouse
- Turned Off Address suggestion
