Why is my money still pending after 2-3 months?

Hi there any can help I got money still pending after 2 or 3 months and I genuinely don’t know what is wrong and I can’t get hold of any shopfiy number to help as I don’t think this is right that funds are not being held any one can help thank you or any Shopify member of staff read this and sort it please
