Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I build a new store, after when I choose a plan and connect to my credit card.
It becomes inactive. Before I always use this card.
It shows my bank refuse to pay the bill, and when I telephone my bank, they tell me they do not receive any bills.
So now how could I resolve this problem?
Point: I can not connect my credit card and the bank says they don't even anything.

I am sorry to hear about the trouble with logging into your online store successfully! In this case, since we cannot authenticate you over the Community forums due to the sensitive information that would need to be shared. It would be best and more secure to attempt to login to your store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking directly with a Support Advisor.
If you are unable to login to your online store, you can select the option to Continue without logging in. Whether you are able to login or selected the option to continue without logging in, you will be directed to the Help Center. Type in what you would like assistance with in the search box to locate the option to Get Support under the search results.
