Hi there, @JakeelBlake.
It is very difficult to say what is going on here without access to your account to investigate, which I do not have here via the Community Forums. For this reason, I would advise reaching out to our live support so they can have a look into this for you.
Our live support can be reached via our support portal here.Simply select the relevant topics until the live support options appear, you will then be connected to a live support agent. I trust this helps, thank you!

If your next payout says $0, it could mean that there are no funds available to transfer to your bank account. This can happen if you don't have any pending orders or if you have already received a payout that includes all the funds that were available.
As for the previous payout showing a negative balance of $106, this could mean that there was a chargeback or refund issued for a previous order that was already included in a payout. This negative balance will be deducted from your next payout.
To get a better understanding of your payouts and balance, you can go to your Shopify admin dashboard and navigate to the "Payments" section. Here, you can view your payout history and see if there are any pending transactions or refunds that may be affecting your balance.
If you're still unsure about the status of your payouts, you can contact Shopify support for further assistance. They can help you identify any issues and provide guidance on how to resolve them.
