Why is my online store not converting despite high traffic?

Hi, 

I’ve spent two weeks creating my store, creating ads, posting the ads and marketing. In the last 18 hours, my store received over 6,000 sessions without a single add to cart or purchase. I was wondering if someone could help me diagnose if there is a problem on my end? I feel like my store is decent and am flabbergasted that I haven’t even had a single checkout. Thanks!
