Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
It's been over a week since a customer purchased something on my website, and there's still no payout date listed for this transaction. I fulfilled the order within 24 hours of purchase and even shipped the item the next day, and it was received within 2 days from when it was ordered by the customer. However, I still do not see a payout listed for this transaction. The longest I've ever waited for a payout was about 3 days from the transaction. Just wondering why it's taking so long and why I don't even see a date listed for the payout owed.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some assistance with your payouts, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I'm fully understanding, was the order placed through the payment gateway Shopify Payments?
If so, I'd encourage to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look, as we wouldn't have access to any account details through the Community. They will be able to review your order and payout details to share a bit more information on when it's expected to be deposited.
