hello can someone help me my online store is unavailable What can I do?
Hello @imenebm
If your Shopify store is unavailable, it may be due to a number of reasons, including:
– Your domain may have expired
– Your hosting plan may have expired
– You may have reached your bandwidth limit
– There may be an issue with your payment gateway
– You may have forgotten to renew your SSL certificate
If you are unsure why your store is unavailable, please contact Shopify Support for further assistance.
I hope the above is useful to you.
Best regards,
GemPages Support Team
Hello, @imenebm.
I can understand this is important to you, so let's see if we can resolve this together and get you access to your store again. The first step here is to ensure the issue is not a local device or browser problem preventing you from accessing your store. To rule this out, can you please try each one of the following steps:
If the problem still persists, then it would be best at that point to reach out to our live support team. Our live support can be reached via our support portal here. You need to select the topics that apply to you, and then choose live support via either phone or chat once the option appears to you, you will then be connected to a live support agent who will have access to your account, and can help you out from there. I trust this helps!
