Why is my order number different in my email and platform?

Hi everyone I need help regarding orders. On my Shopify, I have order numbers set to Prefix #369 and Suffix 111 but the order that came to my email has number #9999 and I cant even see it in my order mane on Shopify. Does anybody know what the hell this means should I skip it or should I do something about it? Also when I click on view order it redirects me to Shopify error 404. Thank you for your feedback.

That sounds like a test order to me, or a preview (like if you're editing order notifications).

I would place an actual order on your store, to see your full order flow in action from both customer view and your view as the admin.
