Yesterday I received na order at 9:00in the morning and even though it says that is paid I cannot see the amount of money on the payouts. I never had a problem before and now I don't know where is the money..
Shopify transfer funds on a daily basis, but most banks only process them on business days. Transfers sent on business days should be received the following day those that are sent to you on a holiday or weekend, you will most likely receive them in your bank the next business day.
If the fund were transfer on a business day and haven't received the funds in your bank account within a few days, it's likely that the transfer failed.
Banks can take up to 3-5 business days to notify Shopify of failed transfers, at which point Shopify send a failed payout notification (if enabled in the Shopify Payments account settings) and update your admin banner with the reason for the failure.
