Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi,
I have an order showing as unfulfilled in Shopify, but when I click on fulfill in Oberlo, there is no order in Oberlo. The item has been paid for, why is it showing as unfulfilled?

Happy to help. Have you placed the order with AliExpress? If yes, have you received an email saying that the supplier has shipped your order and have they provided a tracking number?
When you say the order has been paid for, do you mean by yourself (via AliExpress) or by your customer (via your online store)?
If any of this doesn't make sense to you, or you weren't aware of the steps you need to take here in order to process orders through Oberlo - read and follow this Oberlo help document on fulfilling orders using Oberlo. It will walk you through the process step-by-step.
Once you've placed the order with AliExpress for the products your customer ordered on your store, then the supplier will be notified to ship the order. Once you've received an email confirmation from the supplier that the order has been shipped and you receive a tracking number, then you will need to sync your order's information with Oberlo. There is more on placing and syncing orders linked here. After you sync your order:
Your order’s status will change to Shipped in Oberlo.
Your order will be marked as fulfilled in Shopify.
The order’s tracking number is synced with Oberlo and Shopify.

It's showing as unfulfilled because it was not marked fulfilled (either by a person or an app).
It sounds like you expected a fulfillment request to be sent to Oberlo, but it wasn't sent to Oberlo. Since it's a 3rd person app, I would contact Oberlo directly for help if you expected that order to be fulfilled from them.
