Why is my paid Shopify plan still showing as a free trial?

Actually I already paid for the basic plan in shopify and my website is still showing Enjoy 3 months of shopify for 20 rupees per month- start your free trail. Im very confused right now so please help me get out of this as soon as possible.

I appreciate the context that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Are you still experiencing this issue with your online store? If so, could you navigate to Settings > Plan to see what is displaying as the active plan? As this information will allow us to assist you better in this situation.

Looking into this, it looks like the online store that you are currently viewing is displaying that the online store has not selected a subscription plan. Did you happen to create two Shopify stores, by any chance? 
 
It would be best to speak directly with our live support about this matter as they can take a further look into the online store and advise next steps. With that being said, you can get into contact with our live support by logging into your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner.
 
Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. You can select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.
