Why is my parcel not being picked up despite numerous complaints?

Hey there,
I've been having trouble with getting our parcel picked up for the past month. I've been bugging Sendle about it for what feels like a million times, but the problem still hasn't been resolved. They even said they couldn't see any pending orders in their system.
Do you think this is our fault or is Sendle dropping the ball here?

I've been hounding Sendle to fix this problem, but honestly, I'm fed up with their lack of progress. All they keep saying is "we'll make sure your parcels get collected" and "we'll escalate this with our courier service provider." But it feels like they're just giving me the runaround.

What do you think I should do next to get this sorted? Any advice would be appreciated.

If you're having trouble getting your parcel picked up by Sendle, try contacting Sendle through multiple channels and providing as much detail as possible about the issue. Consider submitting a complaint or feedback form and keep records of all communication. If all else fails, you can consider alternative shipping options like Australia Post, Couriers Please, Fastway Couriers, and FedEx.

Thanks for getting back to me regarding the ongoing issue with our parcels not being picked up for a whole month.

 

Based on your suggestion, it seems like it's time to ditch Sendle and explore other shipping options. You won't believe it, but we've reached out to them more than 10 times through their messaging system in the past month, desperately trying to get their courier drivers to swing by and collect our parcels. We've even filed complaints, but all they do is raise some sort of escalation with their courier partners like CourierPlese and Armex, and nothing happens.

 

So, could you please let me know how we can switch our shipping option from Sendle to something else?

 

Honestly, I'm beyond frustrated with Sendle at this point. They just can't seem to resolve this issue.
