Why is my payment account on hold and unable to accept orders?

Hi, i've got issues with shopify payment in my store, it was stated"my shopify payment account is on hold can no longer accept new orders" can help? thanks

Would you have been contacted by any of our teams about your payments account or do you see a banner in your admin asking you for more information?


Try checking in your account owner email address (including any spam or other folders) to see if any of our teams have reached out about this.


If you have a banner in your admin requesting documentation be uploaded, be sure to add any ID or other docs that are being asked for there.

it was asking for a gov document proof which i already did, but still not accepted.
