Why is my payment account on hold in my ecommerce platform?

hello , 

I just checked my shopify account this morning and then I found the following error messages :
1/ you shopify payment account is on hold 
2/Your shop is not eligible for Shopify Payments.
 
could you please help me out to solve this unexpected issue

When your Shopify Payments account is on hold, an email is typically sent to you with more information about the matter. Kindly check your inbox to see if the email is there, and feel free to reply to it if you have questions about your Shopify Payments account. thank you for your reply ,

i sent an email to the support team but no one is answering , it is a weird thing because every time i have an issue with my shopify account , i have customer waiting for orders but im in trouble because no one can purchase from my store . 

 

could someone make an action and help me out plss !!!!!!
