my shopifty payment account is on hold, I can not use the shopifty payment.

wanna know why, or what i can do???

You should have received an email from our Money Support team stating why your Shopify Payouts are on hold. If you haven't yet received an email, I would recommend reaching out to our Shopify Support Team who can escalate your account through to our Money Support team. They will be able to provide you with the necessary answers to your queries!

There are many reasons for the Shopify Payments placed on hold, oftentimes it's for verification purposes. Just wait for the Shopify email, they'll provide you with the next steps.
