Why is my payment account on hold on Shopify?

Hi, 

I've got the info that my Shopify payment account is on hold. 

No additional information provided. 

Any suggestions on how to solve this issue ?

Are you seeing a banner or prompt in your admin about your Payouts being on hold or did you receive an email? Any additional info you can provide would be helpful.

 

The in-admin prompt may contain store-specific information or ask you to contact support. You can learn more about Payout holds and how to resolve them here at this link.

Hi, 

No e-mail. Not even in a spam folder. Just a notification in the bell button in the top right corner.

It says:

Your Shopify Payments account is on hold

Your store can't accept new orders with Shopify 

Payments. Contact Shopify Support for next steps.
