Why is my payment on hold in Shopify?

My shopify payments is on hold since last friday. Contacted support multiple times but one says the "team" that they dont have any info about is busy working on it. The other one said its because of their banking partners. This is about a standard review. Does anyone know when this will be fixed? Because my first hold was done in 2 h
